  • Sheet pans are available with curled or folded edges and wire or band in rim constructions. For heavy duty industrial applications, sheet pan frames can be constructed with an interlocking rib design which allows pans to stack and also protects the baking screen to increase pan life.


  • Moated style pans raise the bun moulds inside of the pan for improved baking or scoring allowing for excellent heat flow around the perimeter buns. They are stronger and more durable than a traditional pan design and can work with a center guide system.


  • Zejin Bakeware TabLock Baking Screens are constructed using a tab-lock attachment system* for easy and economical replacement of baking screens. The high-strength steel frame also features an interlocking rib design that allows pans to stack while protecting the baking screen.

  • A metallic cake form pan is one of the standard kitchen accessories used for baking cakes. Such pans are typical of solid, one-piece construction and have dimensions that allow for the baking of a standard 9" round cake. Though rather large and bulky, it is not uncommon for a home baker to have at least two cake-form pans on hand; one for flat cakes and one for tube cakes.

  • Pans are known for baking the type of bread known as pan loaf on an industrial scale. These pans comprise a plurality of baking molds and, in many cases, a plate acting as a cover of the pan.
