  Sheet pans are available with curled or folded edges and wire or band in rim constructions. For heavy duty industrial applications, sheet pan frames can be constructed with an interlocking rib design which allows pans to stack and also protects the baking screen to increase pan life.

  Moated style pans raise the bun moulds inside of the pan for improved baking or scoring allowing for excellent heat flow around the perimeter buns. They are stronger and more durable than a traditional pan design and can work with a center guide system.
